All work done on the products and the systems in which they are or will be installed may only be performed by qualified and authorised staff who have been trained and instructed in all work. The qualification and competence of the qualified staff must correspond to the local regulations and guidelines.
Lubricate new gasket
- Refrigeration compressor oil matching to the system
Position new gasket
Insert new oil filter
Remove old O-rings at the flange
NOTICE
Carfully remove old O-rings!
Do not damage/scratch sealing surface!
Do not damage/scratch sealing surface!

- Screwdriver
Clean flange
- Rags or cloths
Position new O-rings
Lubricate O-rings
- Refrigeration compressor oil matching to the system
Position flange
Insert flange
Fasten screws at flange
NOTICE
Risk of damage to the component.

Tighten screws crosswise in at least 2 steps to the prescribed tightening torque.
- (Ratchet wrench) 10 mm hexagon socket screw spanner
Mount flange
NOTICE
Risk of damage to the component.

Tighten screws crosswise in at least 2 steps to the prescribed tightening torque.
- 10 mm hexagon socket screw spanner
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 125 Nm
