Personal protective equipment
When working on systems and their components: Wear protective work shoes, protective clothing and safety goggles. In addition, wear cold-protective gloves when working on the open refrigeration circuit and on components that may contain refrigerant.

- Smartphone or tablet with QR code scanner
- BEST interface converter: Cable with RJ12 plug on both ends
Additional tools for external mounting of the SE-i1 − outside the terminal box of the compressor:
- Screwdriver (SL 0,8x4, SL 0,5x3, SL 0,4x2,5, PH2)
- Heat gun
- Drill

SE-i1 "Full sensor kit"
Additional components for the installation outside the terminal box of the compressor (not included in "SE-i1 full sensor kit", but parts of it can be ordered from BITZER directly):
- External terminal box, min. IP54 with suitable screwed cable joint (alternatively: Installation in the system's switch cabinet)
- 4x 1 mm2 cable "Phase monitoring" (connection cable)
- 3 Shrinking tubes
- 2x 1 mm2 cable "Motor PTC" (connection cable)
- Maximum admissible cable length tested according to EN12693: 30 m
- Maximum admissible cable length tested according to UL/EN60335: 10 m
