A perfect start to your career with just the right entry programme
Are you a career starter with lots of interests, but not quite ready to commit to any one area? That’s precisely what the 18-month entry programme offers technicians and young engineers in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry: kick off your career with a look around and without the need to make an immediate decision. During their first year and a half at the company, young specialists spend time in several departments at various BITZER sites – at home and abroad. In the process, they get to know a variety of tasks and functions and have the opportunity to develop in line with their personal strengths. Experienced colleagues provide an individual induction plan and personal support, preparing them to assume key positions.
BITZER offers communication enthusiasts practical training in the public relations department. Within 24 months, trainees get to know the ins and outs of internal and external communication. Experienced colleagues are available to assist throughout the programme.
And because personal interests change and strengths only develop gradually, BITZER has developed the Side Step solution, providing BITZER employees with the opportunity to explore another company department after several years in their career and, if desired, switch to a new department such as application engineering, sales, production or product marketing.
