Pressure relief valve

The valve is maintenance free. Repeated opening of the valve due to abnormal operating conditions, however, may result in permanent leakage (definition normal operation, see here). Consequences are losses in capacity and increased discharge temperature. Then the valve should be replaced. Under stable operating conditions the discharge gas temperature can be compared with the value from the BITZER SOFTWARE.

The response pressure difference of the valve is not higher than the maximum operating pressure PS on the nameplate.
