Mounting the solenoid valve

In order to mount the solenoid valves for the CRII capacity control as described below, it is required that the respective CRII cylinder heads are pre-mounted on the compressor.

Step 1: Remove blind flange from CRII cylinder head
- Ratchet wrench with TX50 socket wrench
Step 2: Clean sealing face
- Cleaning agent and rags
Step 3: Position new gasket and spring
Step 4: Mount solenoid valve and cable bracket with new screws

Attach the cable bracket only to the cyclinder head side shown in the video.

- Ratchet wrench with TX50 socket wrench
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 70 Nm
Step 5: Place gasket on electric connector of the device
Step 6: Screw electric connector of the device to solenoid coil
NOTICE
Risk of compressor damage!

Only use suitable original solenoid coils!
- Screwdriver / Ratchet wrench with socket wrench for slotted screws
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 5 Nm
Step 7: Place solenoid coil onto armature and tighten with nut and washer
- Spanner SW 14
- Torque spanner
- Tightening torque: 5 Nm
Step 8: Connect cable cores to terminal strip CN6 of the compressor module
- Shorten cables as required and guide them through screwed cable glands at compressor module into CM-RC housing.
- Connect cable cores to terminal strip CN6. See also chapter Schematic wiring diagrams.
