Authorized staff

Any work performed on propane and propene compressors requires specific training and competence in handling propane and propene as refrigerants R290 and R1270 and shall only be performed by staff who have been trained and instructed accordingly. The prerequisites for the construction, operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems with propane and propene include specific competence and strict observation of the current safety regulations and directives for flammable refrigerants of A3 safety group. The local regulations and directives with respect to the qualification and competence of the staff shall apply.
