Start with frequency inverter (FI)
A frequency inverter can increase the speed steplessly - and thus not only fine-tune the compressor's cooling capacity, but also control a stepless start. In contrast to part winding and star-delta start, the full torque is available here even with lower current consumption, since the voltage-frequency ratio is constant. Unlike a soft starter, a frequency inverter can also be used with LSPM motors (Introduction).
