A secure climb: getting started as a young engineer
Are you interested in starting a career with a look around – a career with prospects? Then join our company through the BITZER entry programme. Within 18 months, technicians and young engineers can get acquainted with BITZER’s product diversity in the area of refrigeration and air conditioning, and are prepared in a targeted way to take on a key position at the company. The primary benefit of the programme: you remain fully immersed in the working world throughout – with the usual engineer’s salary – but don’t have to commit to any one option. It’s only after the one and a half years, once you’re professionally prepared, that you can make your decision on a specialisation or another department of your choice.

Throughout the 18 months, you will spend time in a variety of departments at our Rottenburg, Sindelfingen and Schkeuditz sites and get to know the world of BITZER with its many different products. A three-month stay abroad also gives you the opportunity to gain valuable impressions of one of BITZER’s subsidiaries around the world. You not only benefit from working in an international team, but you also quickly learn to assume responsibility for projects. Thanks to regular feedback meetings and training opportunities selected specifically for you, you continue to develop on a professional and personal level – in line with your individual requirements.
