Who knows exactly what they want to do after school or university? Not many, which is why BITZER helps you to follow your own career path. We offer you the opportunity to explore our internationally successful company as an intern or write your thesis here with us. During your time at our company, you get to know a variety of departments and gain interesting insights into our work as a leading manufacturer of refrigeration compressors. Making coffee is not one of them – we all make our own coffee ourselves. Instead, you take charge of exciting, small projects on your own from the very beginning, help us with daily operations or, with your thesis, make a valuable contribution to BITZER’s success. To ensure you have enough time to get to know us, work placements and our positions for writing a thesis are designed to take three to seven months.
